MO Governor Mike Parson Grants Hours of Service Relief 25-01

Due to the impending severe winter weather, Missouri has issued Emergency Declarations which temporarily lift federal Hours of Service driving limits.

Governor Mike Parson issued Executive Order 25-01 which provides HOS relief through January 13, 2025. View the list of current Hours of Service waivers. Note the requirements and restrictions for each action.

We urge all drivers to use the utmost caution in operating under this special declaration. Incidents involving over-hours personnel may harm our ability to obtain relief in the future.
